Q: Do you service bikes not purchased at your store?
A: Yes we service all bikes regardless of where they were originally purchased.
Q: What kind of bikes do you sell, and what product lines do you carry?
A: Please refer to our products page for links to our manufactures websites.
Q: Do you take appointments?
A: Although we are a walk-in, we will make exceptions and schedule an appointment under special circumstances, to be determined by our staff.
Q: What is the average price of your bikes?
A: Although we have bikes ranging from $200-$4400, the average consumer spends between $400-$800 on bikes at our store.
Q: How much do you charge for restorations and custom work?
A: It is very difficult to estimate as pricing is a function of time, parts and services required. However, estimates are free when presenting the bike in need of service.
Q: How much is your bike Tune-up service and what does it entail?
A: Our tune-ups are $59.95 plus taxes, which includes all servicing less wheel truing and bearing services.
For $99.99 we cover all required services including bearing assemblies and truing of wheels. For $39.99 we can service gears and brakes only. In any event, parts are extra. The above quoted are fixed rates on labor only, but we can also tackle individual repair items often at lower cost than the tune up pricing in many cases. Please inquire by phone or in person for a more comprehensive estimate.
